Sherwood Church is a worshiping community of people sharing in life’s spiritual journey. We work together to learn and to teach one another how to better understand the teachings of Christ and to use those lessons in our day to day life. We welcome and encourage all to grow in their faith, to minister to each other and to reach out and serve.
We invite you to join us as we continue our journey of faith and service inspired by the Word of God, strengthened by His spiritual food, and encouraged and supported by one another. We go out into the world, into our own lives and into the community to share the blessings of faith, hope and love that we have received in abundance.

Altar Guild members prepare the Church for all services, caring for linens, polishing silver and brass, ordering supplies, and taking care of vestments.
The work of the Altar Guild is almost entirely behind the scenes, but it is essential and most appreciated. |
